What "Know before you book" means
Every listing organises its information into three categories:
Access & surroundings
Environment, setting, vehicle access, entrance and parking.
What we observed
Visible dampness, damage and cleanliness — where an independent live verification has been completed.
The space and layout
What you get and how it feels — rooms, kitchen, outdoor space and bedroom comfort.
LIVRA doesn't hand out a pass or fail — every line just tells you two things: what's been independently verified and what the host disclosed. Always with a source and a date attached, never a single stamp or score.
Host-disclosed details are self-reported and haven't been independently checked. Any guest can request a live verification on any listing — ₹299 flat, a 30–60 minute session with the host — and get point-in-time confirmation before booking.
